Return Window
Full-price items: return within 30 days of delivery.
Sale items: return within 14 days unless marked “Final Sale”.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Please initiate your return within the applicable window. Items received outside the window may be refused or issued as store credit at our discretion.
Return Eligibility & Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
All original tags, labels, and any branded packaging must be attached and included.
No signs of wear: no scent, makeup, deodorant marks, or alterations.
Sets or bundles must be returned complete.
Personalized, altered, or made-to-order items are not returnable.
All returns pass a quality inspection. If an item does not meet the conditions above, we may return it to you or issue a partial refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and your reason.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Pack the item securely. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number.
Send your return and keep the drop-off receipt or tracking number.
Prefer an exchange? Mention your desired size/color in the email and we’ll confirm availability.
Exchanges
We offer like-for-like exchanges (e.g., size or color) subject to stock.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit per your preference.
To reserve your exchange item quickly, you may place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you used our prepaid label, its cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Shipping, Fees & Responsibility
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Use a traceable method and keep proof of postage.
Any import duties and taxes paid are non-refundable through us. You may be able to recover them from your local customs office.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number and a brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, tags, and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and provide a complimentary return label where applicable.
International Returns
International customers follow the same return windows and conditions.
Please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Any customs clearance delays are outside our control; keep your tracking number.
Gifts & Store Credit
Items marked as gifts can be returned for store credit to the recipient, provided eligibility conditions are met.
For gifts purchased by someone else, refunds can only go to the original payment method.
Price Adjustments
We’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment if your item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, provided the exact item (style, color, size) is in stock at the lower price. Excludes limited releases, promotions using codes, and Final Sale items.

FAQ
Can I return worn items if they still have tags?
Items must be unworn and in new condition, free from scents, marks, or alterations. We cannot accept items showing signs of wear, even if tags are attached.
How do I track my return?
If you use our prepaid label, tracking will be provided in our email response. If you use your own courier, please retain the tracking number and share it with our team.
Do you offer free returns?
We currently do not offer free returns unless an item is defective or we made an error. In such cases, a complimentary return label is provided.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has shipped, you can start a return after delivery.
Holiday returns
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31, provided items remain in original, unused condition and are not Final Sale.
